JOB DESCRIPTION

We are actively looking for a barista to join out team here at The Coffee Club ,Silverdale. 

We are a relaxed welcoming licensed cafe premise committing to Good Food, Great Service and Excellent Coffee

 

our ideal candidate:

  • Motivated 
  • Excellent coffee making sklls 
  • knowledge in POS System. 
  • Be able to create good rapport with customer 
  • Be able to serve 
  • a team player
  • well grommed

 

Duties include:

  • Mainly Coffee making (coffes, frappes, smoothies, cold drinks) 
  • Ideally you will also be an front of the house alrounder heping the team. 
  • Front of the house duties ie taking orders, cleaning and bussing tables. 
  • additional training will be provided if needed from Auckland TCC head office. 

 

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

All-rounder
Barista

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

Pay rate is based on your experience. 

This position of full time minimun 32 hours with also partime positions available.

Induction/onboarding required prior to starting role
