We are looking for a passionate, experienced or junior, Bartender to join our team on a casual base for Friday and Saturday night shifts.

1. High quality service: drinks executed and presented to guests in a timely and professional manner; providing recommendation where needed.
2. Product knowledge: be aware of drinks and other beverage on offer, follow time, service and presentation standard set by the venue, basic knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits.
3. Productivity and efficiency: actively participate in delivering the Vesper experience; complete tasks assigned efficiently and according to standard; ask for help when usure on how to best complete a task; assist the team with any collateral tasks; adhere to internal policies, systems and procedures.
4. Presentation and maintenance: every team member at Vesper is accountable for keeping all displayed areas (tables, walls, floors, stations ect.) as well as back of house and service areas ( pot wash, back corridors, etc..) are kept clean and tidy at all times; upholding OH&S rules and regulations at all times; ensuring personal uniform and personal hygiene is kept to high standard when at work.
