JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for passionate hospitality Bar Staff.

EPIC Beer is a family owned brewery and has been operating since 2006.

Our Taproom is focussed on our beer and other epic beverages. We are open Thursday through Sunday from midday serving Epic beverages and pizza.

As a member of the bar team, you will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality to our customers.

You’ll be able to interact confidently with your guests and build lasting relationships.

I am looking to employ confident bar staff whom possess hospitality credibility that will compliment our brand.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Bartender

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

To deliver excellent customer service at all times
To ensure customer delight within the Taproom.
To assist the Bar Manager in all day to day Taproom operations.
Ensure compliance with local liquor licensing laws.
LCQ is an advantage but not a requirement.
Having prior experience in hospitality is considered an asset.

The Epic Taproom started as a pop-up bar in October 2019, as a venue to showcase Epic Beer to locals and craft beer fans alike. It quickly grew to become a gathering place for the local community. Building on Epic Beer's passion for great beer and family values, we aimed to create a unique experience for our guests, to meet the team behind Epic, enjoy a beer with Luke and hear the story behind the brand. The response from the local community was resounding, and the need to make the Epic Taproom a permanent fixture was apparent. We set about making the upgrades to the building, installing a kitchen, a bar and beer system. Four years later and we're starting a new journey with a new bar, 10 Taps and new owners.,
