Panezski Artisan Distillery is a working Distillery with Cocktail lounge. We are looking for Casual Bar Staff at this stage with a view to more permanant roles available as time goes on. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of making cocktails (recipes and training provided), have a cheerful manner and attention to detail. The primary role will be to create awesome cocktails for our customers and keep your station clean. No money taking required, just what you do best and that is making awesome cocktails. 

We have a number of parties booked in the coming weeks as well some new exciting events that will be weekly. Hours will be mostly Saturday nights and Sunday afternoons/night. There will also be a weekday afternoon shift available soon with the day to be determined. 

We will provide a unifrom top for the girls which fits in with our location being a 1920/30s Speak Easy/Jazz Club. above award wages will be offered based on experience. We are happy to offer a casual position to someone wanting to learn more in the industry and or just starting out. All we ask for is punctuality, a happy personality who is customer focused and someone with an attention to detail. 

Saturday nights are generally for private parties and functions. 

Sunday afternoons are a quiter affair normally as we run our high teas and have some live music. 

The weekday slot will be for our up and coming jazz Club day to be finalised. 

We have three positions available at this stage with the first shift being Saturday the 19th for a private party and then on sunday the 20th for the first run of our Jazz club concept. We are looking for staff who have a passion for awesome cocktails and hopefully enjoy Jazz and the prohibition era. When you join the Panezski team you become part of the family. 

RSA is a must

Some experience in cocktails preferred but willing to train - a passion for serving great cocktails is most important. 

Dress code for the ladies is a black skirt or pants. (not mini skirts) Top will be provided for use during shift we will wash. 

Dress code for the guys dress pants and buttoned white shirt, we will provide a vest to wear during shift we will wash.
