Smoke + Ash Edgbaston is an independent restaurant focused on delivering great Neapolitan pizzas, quality wines and seasonal twists on classic cocktails. We’re looking for a bar and restaurant supervisor to support our FOH team in Greenfield Crescent. Previous experience as a supervisor is essential. The role will cover all of the elements that you would expect – supporting the GM in peak shifts and running your own in quieter sessions, maintaining high standards of service and managing day to day operational requirements. This role will support a small front of house and bar staff team – soon to be upweighted for the summer months ahead as we plan the launch of our terrace and double our existing 40 covers. What we’re looking for is above and beyond the status quo – an enthusiastic individual with lots of energy, who can continually inspire and motivate the team, and will bring creative ideas to positively influence the menu and overall business.
