Morell Bistro in Remuera has a unique opportunity opening up to join our team in the role of Bar Manager. We are one of Auckland's busiest owner-operated local bistros - we love our workplace, we pay you well, feed you well and the tips are great!
This full-time role will require you to deliver exceptional service and take our guests on a casual and fun journey through our cocktail list; engage with our locals during happy hour and powering through our fast-paced dinner service.
You'll help foster relationships with our suppliers, showcase your creativity and bring a high level of professionalism to the floor while demonstrating passion and commitment.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
Must haves:
Team player with a passion for good living and a willingness to learn
2 - 3 years experience working in a high volume bar/restaurant
Food and wine and cocktail knowledge
Well-spoken with immaculate grooming and personal presentation
Manager's Certificate
Hold a valid work visa and be available to work nights and weekends.
