JOB DESCRIPTION

The Job:  

Playing your part on the Good Home team is rewarding and fun. We work hard, we care about what we do, and we all make sure we do it to the high standards that our guests love us for. We learn new skills every day, we help each other achieve individual and team targets and we celebrate success.  

We’re looking for experienced, dedicated, reliable and motivated individual with a desire to work within the industry.

You’ll be dealing with customers face to face so a friendly, warm, and welcoming character is a must!

Responsibilities include: 

  • Deliver an overall positive, knowledgeable service experience that is valued by customers 
  • Provide full food and beverage table service to guests 
  • Complete all compulsory online training and attend practical training sessions to develop relevant knowledge and skills.  
  • Fulltime permanent role 
  • Staying compliant with the rules and regulations of the Liquor laws  
  •  Assisting in the preparation of each service e.g. arranging and setting tables and cleaning

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.

Good Home Lincoln are part of the West Auckland Trust Services also known as The Trusts. There are 23 West Liquor and Village, Wine & Spirits stores, 4 Liquorland's, 8 hospitality venues and The Quality Hotel Lincoln Green.  We are all about keeping things local in our community and giving back to West Auckland. 

The Good Home Lincoln is a stylish gastro pub with an awesome menu, atmosphere and a great line up of events on a weekly basis.
