BWG Steakhouse is operated by the Fraser's Restaurant Group and located in a heritage listed building in the manicured grounds of the beautiful Heathcote Centre complex with breathtaking views of the Swan River, South of Perth Yacht Club and city skyline.

This exciting and varied role will see you provide assistance to the Restaurant Manager with the day to day running of the business. This role best suits an independent individual who is organised and ready to make this position their own.

Successful candidates will possess the following attributes:

• Two years' experience in a similar position
• Strong food, wine and service knowledge
• Administration experience
• Must be energetic, reliable and positive with the ability to work well in a team
• A strong work ethic
• Exceptional grooming standards
• The ability to adapt quickly in a fast paced environment
• RSA Certificate & Police Clearance

• Manage day to day running of the restaurant
• Oversee daily reservations and group bookings
• Mentor and train staff
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Other administration duties as required
