Diamonds Tavern Varsity Lakes is part of Australian Venue Co group.

To be eligible for this role you must have previous experience in TAB & Gaming – (1-2 years)

F&B, bar experience needed also, as function work also.

The right applicant must have...

· Their RSA and RSG and TAB experience
· Full availability across 7 days
· Be able to work well under pressure
· Basic bar skills AND an eagerness to learn
· Good basic spirit knowledge
· Basic food service skills
· Good basic sports knowledge
· TAB, Gaming and Keno experience
