About the company:
Van Hunnik Kitchens comprises of Kokonut Cafe & Bar, Kokonut Kanteen, Kokonut Events. We encourage a fun, entertaining and enthusiastic environment whilst ‘Creating joy and memories that last lifetimes!’

Duties:
• Assist with maintaining a la carte, hot or cold larder section
• Prepare and present food functions and buffet and carry out any specific customers requests for variations
• Follow all workplace and HACCP procedures in regard to food handling and preparation
• Follow all recipes and other food preparation methods as directed by the Senior Chefs
• Attend and participate in all scheduled off site training sessions

Skills and Experience:

• Successful completion of a pre-vocational course and/or previous experience in a kitchen environment as a kitchen hand or cook
