COMING NEXT WEEK… THE 2021 VIRTUAL AWARDS REVEAL!

Having seen this year’s top 12 line-up of young chef talent from across Australia and New Zealand cook their hearts out in the grand finals. 

Each of the top 12 finalists competed remotely but simultaneously across their regions in commercial kitchens earlier this week, with expert judges onsite to assess professional practices, presentation and the all-important taste factor. 

At the end of the competition day, each chef had pushed themselves to the limit, across entrée, main and dessert courses and the results were truly impressive.

Now, with the grand finals a wrap, it’s less than one week to go until the big reveal!
