Bombay Sunset & Tonic

Using Bombay Sapphire Special Edition Sunset Gin, this refreshing drink is best served accompanied by an orange wheel and star anise garnish for the ultimate sunset moment.

 

 

Ingredients
- 50 ml BOMBAY SAPPHIRE SUNSET
- 100 ml Premium tonic water (preferably Fever-Tree)
- 1 Orange Wheel
- 1 Star anise

Method

1. Fill a copa or balloon with cubed ice
2. Squeeze an orange wedge over the ice and discard
3. Pour 50ml of Bombay Sapphire Sunset
4. Top with chilled tonic water
5. Add your orange wheel garnish
6. Finish with star anise
