JOB DESCRIPTION

As a chef at Canjoy Cantonese Cuisine, you will be responsible to:

  • Cook dishes according to customer orders
  • Prepare food ingredients during quiet hours
  • Be aware of the amount and conditions of food ingredients available in storage
  • Maintaining a hygienic work environment at all times
  • Help clean up the kitchen at the end of each working sessions
  • Help to decide and give update suggestions to the menu if necessary

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Executive Chef

Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experienced working in a kitchen of a busy Chinese restaurant
  • Highly skilled in cooking most common Cantonese dishes
  • Willing to adpat to our work flows and standards
  • Interest in exploring new ingridents and develop new dishes
  • Can communicate fluently in Mandarin or Cantonese
