About our role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated barista to join our Food & Beverage Team. This role will be based in a variety of outlets onsite - on a rotating 7 day roster, unreal hours for a hospitality role working, 6.30 - 15.00!

Key responsibilities will include:

• Making excellent coffee for our members and guests
• Supporting the bar team to deliver excellent service throughout the afternoon
• Taking orders and processing payments using the POS
• Support with opening and closing the venue
• Assist in monthly stock takes
• Assist in end of shift reporting

About you

Alongside your excellent organisational and time management skills, you will be highly service driven and a strong team player. Other attributes that would contribute to your success would include:

• A years’ experience as a barista
• Barista training - highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills
• Availability to work flexible hours on occasion
