Pasteque de Vie
20ml MONIN Watermelon Syrup
20ml Fresh lemon juice
50ml Premium Russian vodka
Two dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters
Pinch of salt
Whites of one egg
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker and shake vigorously
Separate tin and add ice, close and shake again to chill.
Fine strain into cocktail glass and garnish with basil oil and dried flowers
